She is particularly passionate about musculoskeletal-related injuries, advanced manual therapy skills, and personal care plans that help patients regain confidence, strength and long – term mobility.
Holding a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India, her treatment philosophy combines active rehabilitation with hands-on manual therapy, ensuring each plan is tailored to the individual’s unique needs and goals. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, promoting exercise as a long-term strategy for both recovery and performance, especially for those who are new to structured movement or gym-based training.
